A few things about Mac/Apple users and their company

Lets just cover a few of the basics....

1 - flat out annoying
your people are represented by some pretty annoying people
Justin Long is a dick - There are only two people who are fans of Justin Long, his agent and his mother. And to be perfectly honest, we're not even sure about the latter.

take me away from your leader
Steve Jobs. Really? Wearing jeans and shirt like we believe you are just "one of us". Yeah we are all the same, only difference is you run one of the most profitable businesses around and are making billions. Plus his presentations make me want to vomit, he hires people who say things like, "The iPhone is the 3rd Platfrom... Mac, Windows, iPhone". You stupid idiot! First.... Linux without a doubt is the 3rd. I'll let iPhone be the 5th.

2 - "Look over here, we have fancy things going on"
you love avoiding the actual facts and information
The commercials he is in completely side-step every important issue more than a presidential candidate.
"I made a video on my mac and I sent it off to my friends, too bad you can't do that". Are you people serious? Really? Like macs invented moving digital pictures... that side steps the whole issue. Sure you have some interestingly easy software, but PC's have that too. If you hate options then yes, go for a Mac. That's what the commercial should say,

If you hate options and having to think about what you want... Mac

also you love to blur information to the point where it should be illegal
Right off the iPhone website... "Twice as fast, half the price"
What the heck!? At no point is the 3G iPhone "twice as fast" at least in the real sense. You know
where fast would be 26.1326 and twice as fast is 52.2652. You know actually twice as fast. So now that we know Apple hates math. What part of the 3G iPhone got upgraded that makes it all around "twice as fast". Oh what's that? Just the 3G got added and GPS. So really the only thing that could be faster is the internet? But wait, you said "twice as fast, half the price". Gosh that's misleading.

okay nerd talk
Previous iPhone cellular technology was EDGE where carrier spec sheets usually cite 70-135kbps with bursts to 200kbps.

3G iPhone cellular technology is 3G, the technology itself features HSPA data transmission capabilities able to deliver speeds up to 14.4Mbit/s on the downlink and 5.8Mbit/s on the uplink. So if you wanted to be technical you could say its 14400 Kbps, which in comparison to 200kbps. So that's 70.2x faster
What's this? The iPhone is limited to the ATT network and in the US we don't have HSPA? Japan does? Oh darn... So we're stuck with ATTs network that averages 2.0Mbit-3Mbit according to them, so that's... still more than twice as fast. Moral of the story...

Apple hates math.

3 - You can actually do more than one thing!
on a "Team Fortress 2" kicks ass note
So how is that word processor working out for you? Playing fun word games? Flash-based web games? You guys sidestep this with a "there is more to do on a computer than play games". Wonderful. You dodged the whole point. Why not have access to both!? Tell me, you guys are still having fun with Oregon trail huh?

Dysentery anyone?

Mighty Mouse
Like all things Mac, the Mighty Mouse is cute. And also mighty lame compared to the Logitech G5 PC users have been computing with for the past 24 months. But then again, what would a Mac user do with all those buttons?

so many buttons, so many things to do with them

4 - You cost to much, over and over again
for those of us who don't like taking it up the *** from Steve Jobs
You guys constantly get reamed by the House of Jobs, whether it's the incessant train of forced hardware upgrades, lightning fast price cuts, or the industry standard features that Apple supports with proprietary implementations, Mac users get hit where it hurts most--the wallet.

we have NewEgg
Intel P45 motherboard: $99. Core 2 Duo E8400: $170. 2GB DDR3-1333 RAM: $80. Not having to throw away your PC and buy a brand new one when it comes time to upgrade: Priceless.
Enjoy your $2000 disposable computer!

Now I could go on and on, but really I'm to busy doing all the things I can do on my PC.
Now don't get me wrong. There are people for which a Mac works fine. I told you who those are :)
Like my dear friend Katie, she loves her Mac and that's fine. She's pretty enough that she can use a Mac, but really guys? or even science gals...? You disappoint me.

If you hate options and having to think about what you want... Mac
